Your Responsibilities

As part of our development team, you’ll face diverse and rewarding challenges:

• Delivering on our ambitious product roadmap through impactful projects and features

• Designing, developing, and optimizing innovative functionalities to continuously improve our platform

• Taking end-to-end responsibility for the planning, implementation, and testing of features

• Ensuring performance, quality, and security in all technical solutions

• Working in an agile environment with short decision-making processes and direct customer interaction

Your Profile

You are driven, solution-oriented, and passionate about technology. Ideally, you bring the following:

• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification

• Strong expertise in TypeScript, Nest.js, and React

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Docker, and DevOps workflows

• High interest in implementing AI agents and implementing a solid RAG infrastructure

• Bonus: Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud services

• Fluent English skills (German is a plus but not required)
